白菜焖豆腐
材料准备:
豆腐一块,白菜,鸡蛋2颗,葱蒜米辣椒适量
(调料汁)
生抽2汤匙、蚝油1汤匙、老抽1汤匙、陈醋1汤匙、糖少许、鸡精、水1碗
1. 豆腐洗干净 切成三角形, 白菜洗干净沥干
2. 淋入蛋液
3.油热下锅煎豆腐
4. 爆香葱蒜米辣椒
5. 放入白菜,再铺上煎好的豆腐
6. 加入调好的酱汁
7. 盖上盖焖煮2分钟

2 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, 1 tbsp mature vinegar, a little sugar, chicken essence, 1 bowl of water
1. Wash the tofu and cut it into triangles. Wash and drain the cabbage.
2. Pour in egg liquid
3. Heat the oil and fry the tofu
4. Sauté onion, garlic, chili
5. Add cabbage and top with fried tofu
6. Add the prepared sauce
7. Cover and simmer for 2 minutes
