Cordyceps Flower Steamed Chicken 虫草花蒸鸡

 虫草花蒸鸡


食材准备

鸡肉块,虫草花15克,生抽一勺,盐适量,胡椒粉适量,麻油适量,生粉适量。

制作步骤
1,虫草花洗干净,用水浸泡。
2,鸡洗干净砍小块。
3,鸡加盐,一点糖(提鲜)胡椒粉,生抽,生粉抓匀,腌制10分钟,要放久一点也可以。
4,把虫草花和鸡肉搅拌均匀,淋少于麻油。
5,大火蒸10-15分钟即可食用。

3. Add salt to the chicken, a little sugar (for freshness), pepper, light soy sauce, and corn starch, mix well, and marinate for 10 minutes. You can leave it longer.

4. Stir the cordyceps flowers and chicken evenly, and drizzle with less sesame oil.

5. Steam over high heat for 10-15 minutes and serve.
